EPEL staff work alongside a dynamic group of community leaders to address awareness and access barriers to resources and education, and to provide support for children and families in the Greater Elgin area. We collaborate closely with School District U-46 to convene and coordinate community partners, aligning resources and services to meet the needs of families with young children.
