Developmental & Social-Emotional Screenings

UNDERSTANDING DEVELOPMENTAL MILESTONES

Developmental milestones are the skills most children learn by a certain age, like smiling for the first time, crawling, waving “bye-bye,” or taking a first step. Every child grows at their own pace, and milestones help show how your child is learning, moving, playing, and communicating

EVERY CHILD GROWS AND LEARNS IN THEIR OWN UNIQUE WAY

A developmental or social-emotional screening is a simple and helpful tool to understand how your child is progressing and to address any questions or concerns you may have.

HOW IS YOUR CHILD GROWING?

The Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®) make it easy to find out. Designed for children from birth to age 6, ASQ asks about the everyday things you already notice, like how your child plays, talks, moves, and interacts. It takes just a few minutes and gives you a clear picture of your child’s progress, along with a chance to ask questions or raise any concerns.

Ready to begin? Just click the link below to fill out the questionnaire. After we receive it, someone from our team will call you to share the results and answer any questions.”
